Can I install this myself?

What ceiling height do I need?
Minimum ceiling height varies by model ā see the size chart above. The retracted roller requires approximately 6 inches of clearance above the deployed screen height.
Will it mount around my garage door rails?
Yes. The bracket system is engineered to clear standard garage door rails and tracks. Custom mounting solutions available for non-standard configurations ā contact us with photos of your space.
Is the impact screen replaceable?
Yes. The screen attaches via industrial-grade Velcro and can be replaced independently without removing the frame or side screens.
Which launch monitors are compatible?
The Aerixtron-X works with all major launch monitors: SkyTrak / SkyTrak+, Garmin Approach R10, Rapsodo MLM2Pro, FlightScope Mevo+, Foresight GC3 / GCQuad / Bushnell Launch Pro, and Uneekor series. Both floor-mounted and ceiling-mounted configurations are supported.
Can I leave it deployed permanently?
Yes. While engineered for daily retraction, the system is structurally sound for permanent deployment if you prefer a dedicated golf room.
What if my room dimensions fall between sizes?
Contact us. We offer custom width adjustments for most configurations. For ceilings outside the recommended range, we can discuss build-down or alternative mounting solutions.
Does the remote control model require wiring?
The motor connects to a standard 110V outlet within 6 feet of the roller unit. No hardwiring required. The RF remote has a 50ft range and does not require line-of-sight.
